Featured in Grazia, who described Bronagh and Elspeth as ‘quiet powerhouses in the world of digital talent’, the pair founded MonRae in 2021.
With Elspeth’s background as an MD for an indie label at Endemol Shine UK and Bronagh’s as a talent manager at Gleam and development executive at BBC Studios, they are uniquely placed to advise on the digital first talent and media space.
Whether it’s diversifying talent’s existing IP or creating new content via their production hub, the goal is always to nurture, protect and build careers that have legacy.
Experienced producers of kid and brand friendly TV formats; adept at developing and selling best-selling books; tour and live show producers with a consistent track record of sell-out shows from arenas to the Edinburgh Fringe, their real super power is their ability to get all the right people round a table at the right time.
In 2021 they launched MonRae Productions,
and in 2024 MonRae Editions.
Managers of exceptional online talent; producers of digital friendly formats; agents of bestselling books
Valdie Poter
Brand and Talent Director
Valdie joined MonRae in early 2024, having spent the last decade working with the UK’s biggest online names: The Sidemen, DanTDM, Holly H, Ali A, ChrisMD, Gemma Collins, Blind Boy and Claire Siobhan to name just a few.
Much loved by brands and talent alike, Valdie brings expertise in the gaming, tech, beauty and live events markets.
Des Early
Brand and Talent Manager
After spending his 20’s and early 30’s as a professional actor in Ireland, Des joined MonRae as an EA and Junior Agent in 2024 and quickly became invaluable to the team.
With a useful law degree (meaning a keen eye for a contract), Des’s obsession with all things sport, comedy and tech have made him an immediate asset to MonRae as he builds out these genres.
Anna-Maria Tsoroni
EA and Talent Coordinator
Another trained performer, Anna-Maria cut her teeth at traditional talent agencies as a Junior Agent, as well as on the production team for Amelia Dimoldenberg’s company Dimz.
Joining in 2025, Anna-Maria sits across all of the talent as well as the wider team, from a logistical perspective.
